so hey my last post about rna extraction?
yeah i forgot i tested that shit at a 1:3 dilution so the concentration was actually three times higher
i extracted so much RNA we actually had difficulty using some of it in our reverse-transcription runs because we only needed 0.1ul of rna and it turns out pipetting 0.1ul is almost impossible to do
basically i kick ass at rna extractions
